Condimento Del Borgo is a balsamic vinegar-based seasoning coming from the same passion put by the producer in the production of the traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO. This product is meant to be brought with you wherever you go, in 50 single-serve packets that can be opened with only one hand without losing a single drop of it and, especially, getting dirty. The yellow Label is the youngest seasoning within the range.

Suitable for short cooking times, it is a good seasoning for meat and fish. You can use it to marinate or season salads and olive oil dip.
